  • Shipping time varies by location: domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 days.

Can I customize my button?

  • Yes! You can choose colors, text, images, or other design elements depending on the listing.
  • Please provide all customization details at checkout or via message to ensure your order is exactly how you want it.

What if my school doesn’t have a website?

No worries! If your school doesn’t have an official site, just let us know your colors in the text box (for example: royal blue & gold or black & silver). We’ll do our best to match them as closely as possible.

How should I care for my button?

  • Keep your button dry and away from harsh chemicals.
  • Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth if needed.
  • Avoid bending or dropping to prevent damage.

Can I return or exchange my custom button?

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days with photos so we can make it right.

Can I order in bulk?

  • Absolutely! Please contact us for custom bulk orders or wholesale pricing.

Will my colors look exactly like the photos?

  • We strive for accurate colors, but due to screen differences and printing variations, colors may appear slightly different in person.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
